2020 Election Author/Analyst Available: Pro-Trump faith organization to knock on 2 million doors and spend $40 million prior to November 3rd election

Conservative, faith-based organization “Faith and Freedom Coalition (FFC)” hands out compact, easy to read ‘voter guides’ that compare Christian values between Joe Biden and President Donald Trump when their projected 6,000 volunteers go door to door across the nation to engage in thoughtful, persuasive dialogue about their votes on November 3rd. After surpassing one million households on Labor Day, the general consensus gleaned from faith-based voters who are supporting the President lie within two main points: Trump has a proven track record of executing his campaign promises whereas Joe Biden has changed his stances on public policy and that more moderate democrats are moving towards Trump due to the lack of action by local Democrat leaders on national issues such as rioting and the coronavirus shutdown. The organization has also made important comparisons between the current Biden campaign and the Clinton campaign of 2016 regarding their targeting of the Christian voter. An exit poll for the 2016 election showed Trump earning 58% of the Christian vote whereas Clinton got 39% (Pew Research Center). Executive Director, Tim Head, stated in an interview with Christian Post that he “believes the Biden campaign has done more outreach to voters of faith than the Clinton campaign, [but] believes more white evangelicals support Trump in 2020 than they did in 2016” (Smith 2020). The FFC has set a goal of five million doors by November 3rd and has also begun to incorporate U.S. Senate Races, house races, and also state-level gubernatorial races.
