Dan Haskell Joined ONEder as VP of Business development in January of 2016. Prior to joining
ONEder, he spent 10 years serving in leadership positions in the non-profit sector.

ONEder was founded in 2011 by Jonathan Izak out of a need to develop a way to communicate
with his non- verbal brother. Since then, the company has grown in size and vision. Each day
ONEder’s team use their decades of classroom experience to build on Jon’s vision. Our goal? To
develop new methods for ensuring that every student succeeds at school and in their post-
school lives.
