Shelby Emmett, First Amendment Attorney, Freedom of Speech Advocate

Shelby Emmett is a First Amendment Attorney and Free Speech advocate. Prior to her work in Constitutional law, Shelby served four years in the U.S House as Legislative Counsel for a member of Congress and a Legal Fellow with the Republican Study Committee, the largest committee in Congress at the time. After leaving Capitol Hill, Shelby worked closely with state, local and federal lawmakers on both sides of the aisle to advocate for public policy reforms. Shelby has appeared on multiple TV, radio, and news outlets, including MSNBC, OAN, America Tonight with Eric Bolling, the Armstrong Williams Show, the Daily Caller and the Washington Examiner.
