Did you know that there are 2.2 MM Hispanic adults being treated with a prescription for migraine in the U.S., however Latinos with headaches are 50-percent less likely to receive a migraine diagnosis than non-Hispanic white patients? Grammy Award-winning singer, songwriter, and dancer Ally Brooke Hernandez ~ a native of San Antonio, Texas raised in an intensively passionate and proud Latin community ~ first broke out as a member of the multi-platinum pop group Fifth Harmony and is now sharing her migraine story in an effort to make a difference for her community.

 

Having gone from being a member of a hugely popular girl group to an award-winning solo artist, book author, actress, and dancer, Ally used to worry that at the slightest hint of oncoming migraine, she would have to cancel her show. With the help of her physician, Ally has found a treatment that can work for her and is excited to spread the message to the Hispanic community and the world that there is hope for people with migraine.
