Tips for taking control of your digestive health naturally,

with Dr. Julie Gatza (Dr. Julie)

Belching, bloating, and constipation you may not want to talk about these digestion problems over dinner, yet how and what you eat (or don’t eat) could actually be among the bad digestive habits causing these issues.

For everyone looking for natural solutions to avoid or alleviate digestive upsets like bloating, burping, and irregularity, (to name a few), Dr. Julie Gatza (Dr. Julie) is here to share how losing a few tummy-troubling habits can turn your gut health – and your life – around.

10 Digestive NO-NOs:

Could your own bad digestive health habits be the source of your digestion problems? Here are the worst offenders, along with tips for better digestion:

1. You eat too late at night

A study published in the Canadian Journal of Diabetes concluded that eating dinner approximately two hours prior to bedtime at least three times a week was associated with severe and frequent heartburn.

2. You eat meat and starches at the same time

Because our digestive system breaks down proteins and starches at different rates by using different enzymes, it’s healthier to eat our steak first, give our digestive system about 15 minutes to digest it, and then eat our baked potato. Digestive enzyme supplements should be used before meals to assist digestion when meats and starches are consumed together.

3. Your diet lacks fiber

A fiber-poor diet interferes with regular bowel movements and may promote a variety of digestive disorders. Leafy green vegetables are an excellent fiber source.

4. You consume sugary soft drinks (2 glasses daily)

Sugar sweetened soft drinks may provide instant pep, but a 2019 study published in the journal JAMA Internal Medicine found those who drank two or more glasses a day had a higher risk of dying from digestive disorders.

5. You have a fast-food habit

Diets comprised of processed fast foods have been linked to a higher risk of digestive disorders. Eating a diet low in food additives, trans fats and artificial sweeteners may improve your digestion and protect against digestive diseases.

6. You don’t drink enough water daily

Ample hydration helps flush toxins from the cells and eases constipation. You’ll drink more water during the day if you flavor it overnight with berries, or cucumbers.

7. You don’t move your body enough

It’s easy to become camped in front of one’s computer monitor, but exercise can improve your digestive health and reduce symptoms of constipation. It can also help reduce inflammation, of benefit in preventing inflammatory bowel conditions.

8. You don’t effectively manage the stress in your life

During periods of stress, blood and energy are diverted from your digestive system, interrupting the breakdown and absorption of nutrients, potentially leading to various gastrointestinal problems, such as indigestion, constipation, or diarrhea.

9. You ignore fermented foods

Pickles, sauerkraut, kefir and yogurt are a great way to feed the healthy bacteria in your body that help maintain your entire gastrointestinal tract.

10. You “Eat and Run” instead of “Eat and Rest”

The International Foundation for Gastrointestinal Disorders suggests avoiding physical activity after eating as it can interfere with the digestive process.

TRANSGENGER IDEOLOGY IS CHILD ABUSE, WE MUST FIGHT FOR OUR CHILDREN | DR. HAIDER

PRIDE MONTH IS OVER BUT WE CAN’T STOP PUSHING BACK AGAINST THE “QUEER AGENDA”

The Dark and Tragic Roots of the Child Transgender Movement – Standing for Freedom
Transgender’ Experiment is the Biggest Child Abuse Scandal of our Time – LifeSiteNews
I Was Affirmed into Self Harm – Blair White interview YouTube
Teen Explains Why They Regret Changing Genders – NYPOST

Transsexual and homosexual curriculum in today’s modern school system has become a concern for parents across the nation. It’s easy for anyone to view TikTok videos of teachers who openly admit to promoting their “queer agenda” on underage students.

The UCLA Williams Institute released a study based on data from the CDC which conducted 2 surveys from 2017 to 2020.  The study found that nearly half of those who identify as transgender were between the ages of 13 and 24.

What’s even more alarming, the researchers found that the number of transgender youths nearly doubled since the first survey was taken in 2017, while the number of US adults who identified as transgender remained steady over that same time.

DrHaider offers a hard stance on this issue, based on the old adage, “Hear no evil, see no evil, speak no evil.”  DrHaider advises parents that “It is our job to keep our children’s minds pure.”  He adds “Public Schools are no longer safe for children. They have stopped teaching reading, writing and math.  Instead, they are being presented with bizarre abstract thoughts about gender and their bodies.”

Dr. Syed Haider speaks at Clay Clark’s ReAwaken America Tour

Why is there such a push in today’s public schools to teach children about transgenderism and homosexuality? The argument from trans advocates is that trans people are at risk from bullying and suicide and by normalizing gender dysphoria, transsexuals will feel more accepted.

DrHaider asserts the opposite is true and that by encouraging children to take on transgender lifestyles we are now exposing them to these harms.  “It’s like the teachers are planting an evil seed inside a child’s brain and then giving it all the right circumstances to grow into a poisonous plant.”

He reveals that normalizing gender dysphoria will only expose them to the depression and suicide that run abnormally high in the transexual community. Subjecting children to physical surgeries and hormone therapies can have detrimental and irreversible consequences while often increasing risks of suicide and depression.

DrHaider urges parents “We must fight back against the queer agenda by doing everything in our power to shield our children from this evil, once a mind is corrupted by an idea it is much harder to root it out than to protect our children’s minds in the first place.”

Even outside of the school system, children are still indoctrinated by the internet, and the media.  DrHaider suggests that children should be closely monitored on the internet and not given access to social media. “One of the scariest things about this is the online Predators that further the grooming process that the school starts.”

Individuals who do fully transition physically suffer higher mortality and suicide rates post-surgery, according to a 30-year study from Sweden. Not only do transgender surgeries not help in mortality rates, but little is known about the long-term side effects of hormone/puberty blockers on children, according to the UK’s NHS.

Many researchers speculate that these drugs will have harmful developmental effects on teenager’s brains and bone structure. The most common side effects of these drugs include blood clots, gallstones, weight gain, acne, abnormal levels of fat in the blood, elevated liver enzymes, high levels of red blood cells, hot flashes, fatigue, mood alterations, hair loss, and infertility.

DrHaider warns these side effects are scary and real, our children are looking to us for guidance in a very confusing world, we cannot allow the “new normal” to lie to them, we must take a stand!

Medical Experts: Can We Finally Agree That Boosting Our Immune System Is Better Than An Experimental Governmental Jab?

Fauci admits that COVID-19 vaccines do not protect ‘overly well’ against infection

If you were infected with COVID-19 during the first Omicron wave, you ‘really don’t have a lot of good protection’ against the BA.5 subvariant: Fauci

PUBLIUS SPECIAL GUESTS: Drs. Kamal Nayyar and Adalbert Pilip are the inventors behind Infuse Chi, a formula that provides electrolyte hydration and a perfect balance of vitamins, potassium, magnesium, and zinc to keep you truly hydrated.

Twice-boosted White House chief medical adviser Dr. Fauci conceded that COVID-19 vaccines do not protect “overly well” against infection Tuesday during an appearance on FOX News’ Your World.

Fauci also recently asserted that prior Omicron infection does’t offer “a lot of good protection” against the newest BA.5 sub variant, either.

Since vaccines and prior infection can’t protect you from the latest COVID variant, it appears we’ll have to depend on our immune systems — the good old-fashioned way.

Proper hydration, along with adequate nutrition and sleep are essential components of a healthy immune system.

Drs. Kamal Nayyar and Adalbert Pilip may not be able to make you sleep and eat well, but they CAN help you stay hydrated with their all-natural electrolyte hydration blend.
