Walter has launched an Amazon Best-seller award-winning series that takes the reader on exciting journeys and wild adventures. His novels blend time travel across the Old West with fantasy and history, and though they may be classified as fiction, they feel as real to Walter as anything else. Perhaps it is because his books (Endless Times series (Volume One: The Path of Kokopelli; Volume Two: Murphy’s Diggins) are loosely based on his life escapades as a rebellious young man who explored North America with his best friend after he left home at age 17 with little money and no plans.
Walter, who accidentally shot himself on two different occasions and was once kicked out of the state of Wyoming, is one of those guys who has all kinds of things happen to — and all around – him. It is never a dull moment with him – and his books reflect that.
He writes for those who are curious and want to escape their daily life. His books take us back to the 1800s when the west was still being discovered and the nation was developing its pioneering spirit. His real-life friend, with whom Walter experienced many of the book’s activities, died before the age of 30.
“I feel like my buddy is still by my side when I write about our wild times,” says Walter.
