Judge takes away parental rights over vaccination status

https://www.fox32chicago.com/news/cook-county-judge-strips-mother-of-parental-rights-over-vaccination-status

“A Chicago mother says a Cook County judge has taken away her parental rights after learning that she is not vaccinated against COVID-19.”–Fox32Chicago.com

SHOULD THIS JUDGE BE RELIEVED OF HIS DUTIES FOR CONDEMNING A PERSON BASED ON HIS PERSONAL BELIEFS AND NOT THE CASE AT HAND?

LEGAL ANALYST/AUTHOR: John OConnor, is author of Postgate: How the Washington Post Betrayed Deep Throat, Covered Up Watergate, and Began Today’s Partisan Advocacy Journalism and host of The Mysteries of Watergate Podcast. He served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in Northern California representing the United States in both criminal and civil cases.
Deep Throat’s lawyer discovers the Washington Post betrayed his client—while covering up the real truth about the Watergate scandal.

The conventional wisdom of Watergate is turned on its head by Postgate, revealing that the Post did not uncover Watergate as much as it covered it up. The Nixon Administration, itself involved in a coverup, was the victim of a journalistic smoke-screen that prevented mitigation of its criminal guilt. As a result of the paper’s successful misdirection, today’s strikingly deceptive partisan journalism can be laid at the doorstep of the Washington Post.

After Deep Throat’s lawyer, author John OConnor, discovered that the Post had betrayed his client while covering up the truth about Watergate, his indefatigable research resulted in Postgate, a profoundly shocking tale of journalistic deceit.

In an era when numerous modern media outlets rail about the guilt of their political enemies for speaking untruths, Postgate proves that the media can often credibly be viewed as the party actually guilty of deception. Americans today mistrust the major media more than ever. Postgate will prove that this distrust is richly deserved.

Virginia is officially a toss-up

Published

By

Donald,

The Cook Political Report recently downgraded the Virginia Governor’s race from “leans Democrat” to “toss-up.” This is not good news, but it’s also not surprising; we knew this was going to be a tough fight.

I could not repeat this enough: Virginia’s gubernatorial race is critical to the future of the Commonwealth and the future of the country. For Democrats, it’s also a major test ahead of next year’s midterm elections. What we accomplish in Virginia will show what we can achieve across the country.

With early voting officially underway and polls showing a virtual tie, I’m asking you to do everything you can, right now, to help my friend Terry McAuliffe win.

Please, Donald. Will you make a contribution today and keep Virginia blue? Help me send the message that Democrats are more fired up than ever to stand up to Republican extremism.

A RETIRED JUDGES OPINION ON THE KILLING OF “BUGSY” SIEGEL

“Stuart Sobel’s book (Queen Bee and The Killing of “Bugsy” Siegel) is a ‘tour de force’ through the history of American organized crime.  The story of “Bugsy” Siegel’s killing would be considered hearsay and not allowed as evidence in a court of law.  Perhaps there exists a strong case of circumstantial evidence which points to the killer.  Stuart Sobel’s research and interview have revealed the true identity of the killer.  You be the Judge.”

Roy Kurban

Retired Presiding Judge of Precinct 7, Justice Court Tarrant County
