What is to be done?

By Colonel Larry Tracy, USA (Ret.)

It appears seven members of the Supreme Court are infected with the “Kitty Genovese” virus. She was the young woman stabbed to death near her New York City apartment house in the early morning hours of March 13, 1964. Her cries for help, even while waking up residents in the apartment house, went unanswered. Her killing became a symbol of people “not wanting to get involved” in unpleasant situations. Outrage over her death, and the indifference of her neighbors, led to the creation of the Good Samaritan Law and the emergency 911 call system.

Professor Alan Dershowitz said the  Supreme Court decision that Texas and the 18 other states  had no  “standing” showed that SCOTUS  “did not want to get involved” in the on-going conflict over valid ballots in the November 3 elections. Political analyst Dick Morris had a slightly different take: Those seven justices were attempting to preemptively protect the Court from any efforts a Biden administration might  make to “pack” the Court. They seem oblivious to the fact that appeasement rarely works.

A lawyer friend points out  that  the Supreme Court  ignored a clear precedent:  The case of Anderson v. Celebrezze, 460 US 780, 795 (1983) which held that  “the impact of the votes cast in each State is affected by the votes cast for the various candidates in other States.”  If it was “cognizable” in 1983, why not in 2020?

Allied  Security Operations Group (ASOG), a highly regarded  cyber security firm, just conducted an intensive analyses of the Dominion  Systems voting machines in Antrium County Michigan, where thousands of Trump votes were switched to Biden because of a supposed  “glitch:”  ASOG concluded:

… the Dominion Voting System is intentionally and purposefully designed with inherent errors to create systemic fraud and influence election results. The system intentionally generates an enormously high number of ballot errors. The electronic ballots are then transferred for adjudication. The intentional errors lead to bulk adjudication of ballots with no oversight, no transparency, and no audit trail. This leads to voter or election fraud. Based on our study, we conclude that The Dominion Voting System should not be used in Michigan. We further conclude that the results of Antrium  County should not have been certified.

Given the number of Dominion voting machines that were used throughout the key battleground states, the  ASOG  analysis is a devastating rebuke to the Democrat’s assertion that the elections were honest and free of fraud.  The  Trump legal team should demand a nation-wide audit. Will the Supreme Court comply? Don’t hold your breath, As Professor Dershowitz has stated, the Court wants no part of gettting involved, just like the neighbors of Kitty Genovese.

Despite this technical proof, and over a thousand eyewitness affidavits about extensive  voter fraud in the battleground states, I feel the clock is ticking too quickly, and  the game is about over. Joe Biden and Kamala Harris will be inaugurated on January 20, 2021.

Unfortunately, Dominion machines are slated to be  used in the Georgia January 5 Senate run-off election.  At least the ASOG report gives the GOP a forewarning, and should motivate Trump supporters to turn out massively at the polls.

So what is to be done? Develop a two-step Plan B.

Step One:-Special Counsels

AG Barr  took heat from many corners, including from President Trump, for his decision to not announce the on-going investigation of Hunter Biden’s business activities before the election. Now he’s gone..  What can his successor do in the final two months of the Trump Administration?

He could expand the portfolio of now-Special Counsel Durham to investigate the Biden family activities with Communist China, as well as the probably fraudulent 2020 elections. If that is too heavy a load for one Special Counsel, then the new AG could appoint two new Special Counsels to investigate each case .If Biden or his AG attempt to fire these Special Counsels, it would reek of  a cover-up worse than Watergate and further infuriate the Trump base of 75 million.

Step Two: A Blockbuster Book!

There is a best selling book waiting to be written- “The Stealing of the Presidency 2020.” The material is already there for the author(s) -about 1000 Affidavits;  the ASOG analysis of the Dominion Systems voting machines; Hunter Biden’s laptop, and star witness Tony Bobolinsky, Hunter’s former business partner who personally met with Joe Biden to discuss an upcoming business deal with China.

Who should write this book? I suggest the collaboration of three experts; Cultural historian Victor Davis Hansen of the Hoover Institute;  Lawyer Mark Levin, an expert on constitutional law; Pollster Patrick Basham, President  of the Democracy Institute, who has written widely on the the statistical implausibility of the Biden win.

The market for this book? Those 75 million angry Trump voters! I would hope the authors would donate the profits of the book to a “Take Back the Country” fund for the 2022 off-year elections, so the GOP can capture the House and increase its hold on the Senate.

Then on to 2024!

Why We Must Destroy Bagram Air Base
Regarding  “A Dishonest Afghan Accounting,” Review & Outlook, September 1, I would like  to add a point:  The need to destroy Bagram Air Base in order to deprive China-the Taliban’s new benefactor-from using it to project its military influence in the region as well as a concrete  symbol that it is has replaced the US as the preeminent foreign power in the Middle East. A few “mother of all bombs” would do the trick.
Abandoning  Bagram will  go down as one of the greatest military blunders in American history. Located  thirty miles from Kabul, the US,with more troops temporarily deployed, could have created a secure route to the base for Americans and SIV holders, warning the Taliban not to  interfere  or they would be killed. Instead,  Biden’s national  security team inexplicably chose to evacuate from Kabul airport, ceding control of airport access to the Taliban. This, of course, resulted in chaos and, the death  of thirteen service members who would not have been killed if they were at Bagram.

President Ronald Reagan described Larry Tracy as “An extraordinarily effective speaker.” He was an Army colonel assigned to the State Department to debate controversial US foreign policy issues throughout the country.

He is now cited as one of the top presentation skills trainers/coaches in the country in publications such as the Information Please Business Almanac and Sourcebook, published by Houghton-Mifflin, Best of the Best, published by Insight Publishing, and What to Say When… You’re Dying on the Platform, published by McGraw-Hill.

Larry’s recently-published e-book Bring Home the Bacon: How to Deliver Persuasive Presentations That Get “Buy-in” From ANY Audience outlines his unique S3P3 System which he developed while debating those controversial policy issues in front of some of the most demanding, often hostile, audiences in the country. It was the feedback President Reagan received that resulted in his praise for Larry.

He conducts presentation skills workshops for corporations and government agencies, and trains corporate teams how to deliver winning oral presentations for government and commercial contracts. His coaching is not derivative classroom theory, but instead flows from his “real-world” experience.

He served as Chief of the Defense Intelligence Agency’s Presentations Branch–the Pentagon’s top briefing team–responsible for daily intelligence presentations to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.  He supervised and coordinated over 500 of these multi-media, multi-screen briefings, and delivered almost 100 of them personally. Because of his speaking skills, the White House directed the Army to detail him to the State Department.
