Omar Qudrat, is the former Political Adviser to the NATO Ambassador, former Department of Defense counter-terrorism prosecutor involved with the USS Cole attack, 9-11 attacks and at GITMO. His parents immigrated to the United States from Afghanistan in the 1970’s.
