When you take care of it, give it the best fuel, and don’t take it for granted, it can perform beautifully, helping you to stay focused, calm, and happy. But, just like every other organ in your body, it needs the right fuel and maintenance to function at its peak and to continue running at high performing levels, not just for short periods at a time, but all the time for the rest of your life.
