Senior Vice President of Gun Owners of America (GOA) and Gun Owners Foundation (GOF), Rich Pratt stated: The Supreme Court has “kicked the can” on the Second Amendment for far too long. The time has come for the Court to stand for the Constitution and Bill of Rights and strike down onerous “may issue” carry restrictions. To ensure that the “text and history” — as outlined in the Heller case — is heard before the Court, GOA and GOF will be filing an amicus brief in this case.
