Kids ask questions about anything and everything. But none can be more challenging—or entertaining and educating—as questions about the human body. Jason Lindsey, award-winning science educator and founder of HookedOnScience.org, and Kate Hayes, both authors of All About Poop (Pinwheel Books/Sept 2012), are available for interview to show how an otherwise “sticky” conversation can become an opportunity to inspire a child’s curiosity about science. Their book is a rhyming, colorfully illustrated adventure that takes young readers on silly but scientific journey from food to a sewage plant, answering all the inevitable questions kids have in a way that engages them with science.
