My book is a true story as to what had happened to me in the workplace from a very aggressive workplace bully who first began his reign of terror on me back in 2005 while I was working at First Data corp in Wilmington Delaware.
What makes my story unique is that FDC isn’t the only place where I ran into this person. I discovered that he was constantly keeping tabs of me after I left. I saw him where I was living an working in Little Rock Arkansas and up in Pittsburgh PA (10/2012 – 1/2013) where he was directly responsible of getting me fired 3 weeks after my boss had told me that I was doing a great job.
After I was terminated in 2013, I went on an anti-bully campaign for those who are being bullied in the office. I don’t ever want what happen to me to ever happen to anyone else.
People have contacted me and I give them the help and support they need in an effort to overcome the adult workplace bullying that continues today.
My story is unique because the idiot who ruined my career is actually obsessed with bullying me so I published my book Targeted – Exposed.
The second part of my book discusses what you need to do when your bullied. Lessons learned as to what I should have done.
Besides my book, I also have designed, developed, and implemented an anti-bully app which is good to document bullied activity. Bully Proof Assistant is a great tool where you can type in name,brief description of the assault, click a few buttons, and the app will build an emergency email / text message to be sent out to people who can come to your aid and support during such harassment.
