Charles Domokos has written educational media, PBS documentaries (eg. “Einstein,” The Mechanical
Universe, KOCE-TV), a Telly Silver Award prizewinning independent feature film (“Return to Vietnam”)
and worked as ghostwriter / staff writer for feature, and cable TV suspense films and written six feature
screenplays. He was a staff writer for “Loyola Law School Alumni Magazine”, a former member, Writer’s
Guild of America, West, a member of the California State Bar Assn. Charles graduated with Honors, eg.
PhiBetaKappa from U.C. Berkeley, and earned an M.F.A. in Screenwriting and Production from U.C.L.A.
School of Cinema-TV, as well as a J.D. from Loyola Law School. Charles taught and was an Adj. Assoc.
Professor in the U.S.C. Cinema-TV Production Program from 1988-2002 and was an Adj. Assoc. Professor
in Dept. of Cinema-TV, Los Angeles City College. (Screenwriting, Editing, and Producing classes from
2003 to 2017). Charles lives in Los Angeles and Cocoa Beach, Florida with his wife, Jeanne Collachia and
his Pomeranian dog, Francis.
