AUTHOR BIO DAVID MULATTO
As David Mulatto journeyed through life, he experienced many things, racism, poverty, hunger, isolation and stereotyping to name a few. Fortunately for him he had strong survival instincts, and these instincts allowed him to maneuver through many of life’s challenges. At the core of his survival instincts is the ability to see many sides of a conflict. This is so important to understand because if we are going to thrive and prosper as a culture, we have to have the ability to understand more than just our own demands.
Successful outcomes can only be achieved if all sides of a conflict can speak freely and honestly. David Mulatto believes the desire to understand more than just our own environments is being eroded and we are heading down the path of cultural separation manipulation and eventually societal collapse. David Mulatto is well versed in history, he understands how prosperous free nations implode and collapse into chaos. He well understands how history repeats itself. However, he also well understands that it is only through the acceptance of knowledge and an open free dialogue that we will be able to expand our vision from more than just self-interest. David Mulatto cares about all races colors and creeds and believes if we allow ourselves to be divided without resistance then we will all eventually be enslaved by the restrictions of our own blindness.

Why this book was written.
When freedom is oppressed, and the free voice is silenced rebellion becomes the only outlet for change. When color becomes a benchmark for judgment, then color will enslave. When it is believed that justice is only for the few, justice will then become only for the few. When cultural diversity is used to create power and wealth, then diversity will become a pathway to slavery. When a child is taught that their only chance for survival is determined by the acceptance of a victim mentality, then that child will live the life of a victim. This is a book that explores these issues and many more in a way that opens the mind to many alternative points of view. This is not a book written to suppress your thoughts, this book was written to stimulate your thoughts.
Why this book is important.
If we sit only in our comfort positions listening to that which impowers our own sense of righteousness, if we ignore the voices of those concerned about their futures, if we charge their fears are trivial and unimportant then the tides of discontent will rise flooding all that is good. Battle lines will be drawn and when all negotiation fails, we will again destroy that which we have built. This book is a step towards opening a dialog with those who you may not agree with and at worst despise. This book is a place where we can open our minds and start the process of talking about our differences.
