Donald Trump’s Campaign Push For Military – Because What Other Option is There? (Guest: Michael Letts)
The founder of InVest USA and law enforcement veteran believes that the former president may be onto something – but suggests possibly going even further.
Even with all his legal concerns, former President Donald Trump is continuing to push for a spot in the 2024 Presidential election. And during a recent campaign stop, he made an interesting point about the military.
While visiting Iowa, Trump noted how he wasn’t able to use military to quell violence in states and cities with Democratic leaders. With that, he believed he could find better use for him should he return to office in 2024.
Noting that New York City and Chicago had become “crime dens,” Trump explained, “The next time, I’m not waiting. One of the things I did was let them run it and we’re going to show how bad a job they do. Well, we did that. We don’t have to wait any longer.”
Joining us now to discuss the matter further is Michael Letts, a law enforcement veteran with over 30 years of experience under his belt. Letts is President, Founder and CEO of InVest USA, an organization that provides bulletproof vests to police officers through various charitable groups and sponsorships. His expertise on this matter is certainly welcome.
