Erin Palinski-Wade, RD, CDE, LDN, CPT, one of the most quoted dietitians in the country, promotes nutrition and wellness as an author, media spokesperson, motivational speaker, and corporate consultant. Erin has also serves as a media spokesperson and consultant for various companies, PR firms, and production companies such as Hass Avocado, ZICO, and Daisy Brand Cottage Cheese.

Erin currently serves on the Nutrition Advisory Board for the College of Saint Elizabeth and has been appointed to the ZiggityZoom.com Advisory Board as the Nutrition and Obesity Expert. Erin has also founded DietitianResource.com to provide effective and affordable educational materials to nutrition professionals working in outpatient, clinical, and community settings.

Erin founded her private practice, Vernon Nutrition Center, LLC, in April 2004, a mere eight months after becoming a Registered Dietitian. Her private practice has now expanded to locations in Franklin and Ramsey NJ and serves thousands of patients each year. Her practice provides individual counseling for children and adults in the areas of weight management, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, gastrointestinal disorders, general wellness, and sports nutrition.
