About Jay Jacobs: Jay is an author, wellness ambassador, and keynote speaker. Jay is a popular television and radio guest on programs such as Today, GMA, and FOX & Friends and has also contributed articles to Time, The New York Times, Readers and Readers Digest.
About Jen Jacobs: Jen is a health coach, marathon runner, motivational speaker and recording artist and LOVER OF LIFE! Her appearance with her Dad Jay on NBC’s Biggest Loser as a final 4 contestant was the beginning of a new life for Jen. Jen said she made a choice to shift many aspects of her life to be in alignment with her vision of living a very lone, happy and healthy life with those she loves.
