“I lost my home and all my possessions in a California wildfire,” says author, editor and former school principal Megan Edwards. “I packed up what little I had left and decided to go on a six-month road trip. Six years later, I landed in Las Vegas. No one was more surprised than I was that Las Vegas felt like home to me!”
Enchanted by this unlikely metropolis in the desert, Edwards founded Living-Las-Vegas.com, a site dedicated to “real life in the shadow of the Strip,” and is the author of the upcoming new book, Getting off on Frank Sinatra [Imbrifrex Books, March 14, 2017] that uses Las Vegas as the backdrop.
