About Jen Ator:

Jen Ator, C.S.C.S., is the Fitness Director of Women’s Health magazine, where she is responsible for the brand’s fitness content across all platforms. Ator leads the creation of the brand’s online fitness videos—regularly appearing as the featured trainer—and works on key brand.

She also spearheads the brand’s Olympic coverage, most recently serving as an accredited correspondent at the 2016 Summer Games in Rio.

Ator is the author of the Shape-Up Shortcuts (Rodale, 2013), regularly appears on national TV shows, print and online publications.

She is a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) by the National Strength and Conditioning Association, and currently lives in New York City
