With millennials now officially the largest generation in the workforce, a new challenge is plaguing companies nationwide: Millennials are also the most difficult employees to retain. High employee turnovers cost businesses in time and money, but according to HR guru Rex Conner, one key change can help keep Millennials workers on board.
