BIO: Former Trump administration official in the Labor Department, senior policy advisor on the Presidential Transition Team and the 2016 Trump-Pence campaign.

Curtis Ellis understands what’s behind Donald J. Trump’s historic upset victory in 2016 – and how it will get him re-elected this year.

Ellis was an architect of the populist economic message that brought union households and Democratic voters on board the Trump train and smashed the Blue Wall of crucial battleground states. Labor union members who have traditionally voted Democratic are a crucial part of the Trump victory team. Ellis understands what motivates blue-collar voters, why they support Trump and why the Democratic candidates turn them off.

A union member himself, Ellis served as liaison to labor unions on the Presidential Transition Team and 2016 Trump-Pence 2016 campaign. Prior to joining the campaign, he led the fight against the Trans-Pacific Partnership trade agreement alongside Senator Jeff Session, Stephen Miller and Steve Bannon.

Curtis Ellis served as communications director for a Democratic member of the House of Representatives class of 2006.
