Watermark Books & Café will host author Mark G. Wentling on Thursday, February 6th at 6pm (CST). He will be here to discuss his latest book, Falling Times Seven, a work of fiction based on a true story, about a young Ethiopian woman, Alya, struggling to be a migrant worker to support her family. Mark G. Wentling was born in Wichita, Kansas, and raised in nearby small towns. He has lived most of his adult life in Africa, working for the U.S. government. He has published seven novels related to Africa, one book based on his experiences in Honduras and another related to his Kansas upbringing. He has also published numerous professional articles. He resides in Lubbock, Texas, with his Ethiopian wife and one of his seven grown children.
