Her consulting experience with companies such as Coca Cola Amatil, Westpac Banking Corporation, General Electric and State Governments helped develop creative solutions to logical problems. 

She is the author of Go Find Yourself: Brutal Life Lessons to Stop Fighting Yourself and Start Loving your Life. She has been featured in publications such as Thought Catalog and has won the Westpac CEO Award for Innovation. Melissa helps people develop creative thinking skills such as problem solving, communication, collaboration and adaptability that directly translates into results.
