Metropolitan Republican Club Vandalized – President of Club Avail to Discuss Cowardly Attack

The Metropolitan Republican Club in New York City was vandalized in a cowardly attack the other night. Please find pictures of the club below as well as a statement from the club.

Last night the Metropolitan Republican Club was attacked and vandalized in a disgusting manner that should not be tolerated by any individual regardless of political affiliation. We condemn the unconscionable actions against our private property perpetrated by maskless cowards.The Metropolitan Republican Club is not, nor has it ever been, involved with another local club’s battle with the Governor. Additionally, we are not the venue for any other clubs events.

Finally, we stand wholeheartedly with the men and women of the New York City Police Department. We will be fully cooperating with their investigation and look forward to assisting in the apprehension of the culprits who attacked our club in an attempt to bully and scare our membership.They have not succeeded, they will not succeed. The Metropolitan Republican Club will not be intimidated.
