As college grads of the class of 2018 prepare to take the first steps of their career paths, a word of warning: don’t accept your first job offer. You may be stepping into a dangerous company culture. Corporate culture expert and entrepreneur Piyush Patel has five tips for new grads to spot a toxic company before accepting the offer.

“Use all of your senses during the interview,” says Patel. “What does the office conversation sound like? Do the office areas smell like food? That likely means that people don’t have time to take breaks and eat at their desks. And of course, always look out for the bathroom bandit.”

In an engaging and thought-provoking interview, Patel can discuss:

Questions to ask during an interview to get a pulse on company culture
How to spot the difference between ‘real’ and ‘faux’ culture: Why companies who only focuses perks can still be toxic
Why it’s important to use the restroom during an interview, and what to look out for once you’re inside (bathroom bandits!)
Research the company beforehand: Exactly what to search for in order to spot a toxic workplace
Constructive “uncomfortable” conversations: Tips for getting positive results from tough questions
