Planned Parenthood Celebrates 103 Years as the Culture of Death

Over 7 million abortions and counting.
Without LIFE, nothing matters … and we all know it.

You better sit down before you read this …

According to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services’ Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) “Sexually Transmitted Disease (STD) Surveillance 2018” report Sexually Transmitted Disease’s have reached an all-time high for fifth (5th) year in a row. And yeah, it’s killing babies.

Here’s the CDC’s break down Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, Primary and Secondary (P&S) Syphilis and Congenital Syphilis for my community, Black America:

Disease: Chlamydia

Data Analysis: The rate of reported chlamydia cases among Black females was five times the rate among White females (1,411.1 and 281.7 cases per 100,000 population, respectively). The rate of reported chlamydia cases among Black males was 6.8 times the rate among White males (952.3 and 140.4 cases per 100,000 population, respectively).
Disease: Gonorrhea

Data Analysis: In 2018, the disparity between gonorrhea rates Blacks and Whites was larger for Black males (8.5 times the rate among White males) than Black females (6.9 times the rate among White females).
Disease: Primary and Secondary (P&S) Syphilis

Data Analysis: In 2018, the disparity between P&S syphilis rates for Blacks and Whites was greater for Black males (4.8 times the rate among White males) and Black females (4.7 times the rate among White females). Nationally, the rates of reported P&S syphilis cases among Blacks were higher than the rate among Whites in 2018. Similar disparities were seen in all regions of the United States.
Disease: Congenital Syphilis

Data Analysis: Congenital Syphilis is the term used when a mother passes the infection to her baby during pregnancy. During 2014–2018, rates of reported congenital syphilis cases increased for all races. The rate of reported congenital syphilis increased 275.0% among Whites (3.6 to 13.5 cases per 100,000 live births) and 126.7% among Blacks (38.2 to 86.6 cases per 100,000 live births).

When it comes to congenital syphilis we’re often talking about a mother carrying her baby to term. So when we see a case of congenital syphilis we looking at the “hallmark of a health system and a health care failure,” and according to the CDC my people are at the top of the list.

No … Even when we look at preterm birth and breast cancer, the bad news doesn’t stop coming …

The racial disparity in the rise in preterm births is heart stopping. Between 1980 and 2005, the United States preterm birth (PTB) rate increased by 43% (from 8.9% to 12.7%). Black American women have triple the risk of early preterm birth (EPB), defined as delivery at less than 32.0 weeks’ gestation, and quadruple the risk of extremely preterm birth (XPB), defined as delivery at less than 28.0 weeks’ gestation, compared with non-black American women (1.39% in Blacks vs. 0.35% in Whites).

If we consider breast cancer in my community the numbers are frightening …

According to 2016 studies by Harvard Professor David Williams on Breast Cancer in the United States, “Black women had a death rate for breast cancer that was more than twice as high as the rate for Whites at ages 35 to 44, was 70 percent higher at the ages 45 to 54, and was 50 percent higher at the ages of 55 to 64 years.”

When I look at the rise in abortions among black women after 1973 and consider that even the abortion industry data from the Guttmacher Institute’s September 2019 Fact Sheet“ Induced Abortion in the United States” reports that Black American women accounted for 28% of abortion procedures in 2014, I just cry.

As a people we know better.

Legalizing abortion in the United States with the 1973 Supreme Court decision in Roe v. Wade and Doe v. Bolton was a huge mistake.

As believers in Christ and His Word, we know that only the biblical model for marriage, family, sexuality works.

There is no question the child in the womb is an innocent human being, created in God’s image that should be protected by love and by law.

In other words, more money from the government won’t solve the problem Black America is facing and every Bible believer knows this to be true.

As Black Americans we’ve always known better.

Even in the 1960s Cecil Moore, the 1965 president of the Philadelphia NAACP chapter made it clear by saying: “Planned Parenthood’s plan is replete with everything to help the Negroes commit race suicide.”

As I write this my heart is broken, but I have not lost hope.

Brothers, we really need to talk …

Without life, nothing matters and we all know it …
