a return visit with the man who’s been called “the father of talk radio,” George Green…you simply didn’t have enough time to chat about his colorful career last week when he guested with you

George retired a few years ago as President of KABC Talk Radio in Los Angeles where he spent 38 years in broadcasting at that station which was the first all-talk 24 hour straight daily facility in the U.S.

that station broadcast the L.A. Dodgers for many years…George was invited many times to spring training in Vero Beach, FL and met the greats in baseball, including Vin Scully, Tommy Lasorda, etc., etc…

when George retired, he reinvented himself–as an author, penning
14 books, 11 in the children’s field…he has also written about famous people he has met in a lit. work called “Spotlight”…let him divulge some inside stories…let him tell you about the two World Series rings he rec’d from Dodger management…

George will be 86 in May…really believes it’s never too late to re-invent yourself and start a new career…he’s done it!
