Hannah Kamke was convicted of physically attacking a pro-life pregnancy center. This is a clear violation of the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE) Act. However, the Department of Justice’s Civil Rights Division is not prosecuting. Today, Kamke is attacking the same center from a different angle—this time legal.

After pleading guilty to attacking the medical office in Buffalo, NY, Kamke was charged only with criminal mischief, a misdemeanor.

On December 18, Kamke filed a medical malpractice lawsuit against CompassCare. However, as of the time of this publication, Kamke has not signed an affidavit claiming under penalty of perjury that her accusations are true. Rev. Harden claims the lawsuit is bogus, stating that the allegations are “outlandish and totally outside CompassCare’s strict protocols and procedures.”

Rev. Harden said, “I call on Kamke and her lawyers to sign an affidavit under penalty of perjury that her statements are true.” Rev. Harden continued, “People have a right to know who is funding Kamke’s high-dollar attorneys. Is it a coincidence that this is happening months before the 2024 Presidential Election, in which abortion has been made the campaign cornerstone by Democrats?”

The public interest law firm headquartered in Chicago, Thomas More Society (TMS), is representing CompassCare. TMS is credited as instrumental in overturning the long-standing Roe v Wade decision and has defended pro-life people such as Mark Houck from pro-abortion attacks coming from government bad actors.

CompassCare CEO Jim Harden joins us now to discuss the matter further.

Q&A:

  1. Hannah Kamke attacked CompassCare in March of 2023 and was convicted recently. Why would she file such an outlandish lawsuit against you, her victim, now?

  2. Kamke is being represented by an expensive NYC law firm. From where do you believe her funding is coming?

  3. Kamke’s attack easily falls under the definition of a FACE Act violation. Is this law being unequally enforced by the DOJ’s Civil Rights Division under the leadership of Assistant AG Kristen Clarke?

  4. Interestingly, Kamke did not sign an affidavit certifying under penalty of perjury that her claims against CompassCare are true. What do you make of this?

  5. The Thomas More Society is now aiding CompassCare in this lawsuit. While the litigation is ongoing, is there anything you can share with us about the status of the lawsuit?
