His mother, Millie Limbaugh, was as rock-solid as they come, and she put her hands to work. She was close friends with Phyllis Schlafly and spent years working with her to protect the family and our nation.”
Martin continued: “Multiple generations of conservatives were trained by Rush’s voice on the radio. He spoke his mind. He never shied from the truth. He told Americans how it really was and how it ought to be! His legendary voice and logic will be missed on the airwaves. Please join me as we pray for the Lord to comfort the Limbaugh family now in their loss. Join me also in a prayer of thanksgiving for the many battles fought and won for Christian values with Rush leading the charge. We are forever grateful for his tireless defense of America.”
