About Kate De Ponte:
Kate De Ponte is on a mission to inspire women to find inner confidence and reach their full potential. Using beauty tips as a tool to boost self-esteem, Kate is here to help each woman live a more confident, beautiful life.
Her love of helping women started in 2005 when she took a job as a sales associate for a top beauty brand. For several years, she worked with women to find solutions to common, everyday beauty problems, seeing first-hand the powerful connection between cosmetics and confidence. After graduating with a degree in communications from New School University, she held various marketing and public relations roles in the beauty industry for some of the world’s most recognizable and prestigious brands, including Shiseido, CVS/pharmacy, Nexxus, Laura Mercier, and most recently Dove, where she played an integral part of the “Dove Real Beauty Sketches” campaign that took the world by storm and made women everywhere realize they are more beautiful than they think. Whether she was backstage in the trenches of New York Fashion week with industry icons like Dick Page and Kevin Mancuso to working with global Research & Development teams on launching game- changing innovations, Kate’s insider knowledge of the cosmetics industry led her to become a beauty expert.
Based in New York City, Kate believes that each woman is the star of her life and has the ability to create the life of her dreams.
