No, it’s not a summer block buster superhero action movie. It’s better than that! The Superhero Santas are back in action for Christmas in July! Last year our team of superheroes, led by Elite Comics owner William Binderup and Elite Super Girl Jessica Porter, raised $20,000 and filled more than 25 shopping carts full of toys for the Christmas Store at Children’s Mercy Hospital. This year they want to do more and they need your help.
Superhero Santas invite you to join them Wednesday, July 11 from 10am – 9pm as they kick off their Children’s Mercy Toy Drive with a special Amazing Spider-Man #1 release party at Elite Comics 11842 Quivira Road, Overland Park, KS 66210. Elite Comics has a shared EXCLUSIVE cover with www.comicbookrealm.com by Marvel cover superstar Gerald Parel. All proceeds from the sale of this special comic book cover will go toward making Christmas better for kids in the hospital. There will be a 3000 copy exclusive cover and super rare 1000 virgin cover for sale! Come by for a free slice of cake and pizza. Cake will be served all day and pizza will be served in the evening. And Santa will make an appearance.
