Chef Becky Davis is the Director of Culinary Innovation at Boston Market, where she focuses on new menu innovation and core product improvement. Becky joined Boston Market in August 2016 from Raising Cane’s, where she served as a Manager overseeing Culinary Research and Development. Prior to Raising Cane’s, Becky spent more than five years at Brinker International serving in several Culinary Research and Development roles for both Brinker’s domestic and international operations. Becky holds a B.A. in Culinary Management from the International Culinary School at the Illinois Institute of Art, and an M.B.A. with an understudy in Food Science from Texas Woman’s University.
