How did you first get started in the jewelry business? Were you interested
in other fields and professsions?
When you were a student at New York University as a young man were you
thinking of perhaps becoming a doctor or attorney?
How did you react to your first experience in the jewelry business?
What prompted you to leave New York for California and San Diego, in particular?
