Over the past 30 years, a global disinformation effort has been conducted, with devastating effects on men, women, and families. 

Tell the Truth About Domestic Violence is an international media and advocacy campaign designed to expose the domestic violence “Big Lie,” the myth that only women are victims of domestic violence. Conducted in conjunction with October’s Domestic Violence Awareness Month, the campaign is working to assure that domestic violence laws, policies, and practices are based on science — not ideology — and support the needs of all victims.

Organizations from the United States, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, England, Ireland, and Portugal are participating in the campaign

BIO: Bartlett serves as the Founder of the Coalition. He received his PhD from Johns Hopkins University. Former faculty member at three universities, and former federal regulator at the Department of Health and Human Services. Author of over 100 peer-reviewed articles and editorials. Proud father of three and an avid bicyclist.

ABOUT: Domestic violence is a serious problem that knows no boundaries of sex, economic status, or education. The Coalition to End Domestic Violence (CEDV) is a broad-based network of concerned groups and individuals committed to finding substantive solutions to stop domestic violence in the United States.
