Dr. Paul Gilbert and Dr. Dennis Tirch

Anxiety is not your fault. I am working with Dr. Dennis Tirch, the associate director of the American Institute for Cognitive Therapy and forward author Dr. Paul Gilbert, the co-creator of compassion-based therapy (CFT) on their new book The Compassionate-Mind Guide to Overcoming Anxiety. Their approach includes everything your listeners need to learn mindfulness and compassion-focused skills for redirecting their anxious thoughts and allowing themselves to enjoy a more peaceful life.

Dr. Paul Gilbert and Dr. Dennis Tirch are available for interviews to explain how building compassion for oneself and for others improves emotion regulation and decreases anxiety and depression. Some examples of the insight Dr. Tirch and Dr. Gilbert can touch on in an interview include:
