TRUMP’S RESILIENCE IN SECOND DEBATE SURPRISES EVEN THE MOST HARDENED POLITICOS
Inline image 1The Second Presidential Debate, according to the Clinton Campaign and in the opinion of most members of the major media, was supposed to be the “knock out” punch that delivered the Hillary Clinton the presidency.
Instead it was another opportunity to prove all the naysayers wrong once again. The narrative was Donald Trump is wounded and on his last legs from the 11-year-old tape that was released on October 7, 2016.
Many establishment Republicans, including John McCain and House speaker Ryan, have abandoned Trump again, as they did in the primaries, and were incredulously even calling for him to step down.
Commenting on this topic during Talk Show interviews is Josh Bernstein, spokesman for AMAC (Association of Mature American Citizens).
Said Bernstein, “But Trump didn’t step down. Instead he stepped on Hillary Clinton’s record, lies, and positions. This was the Donald Trump that so many of us wished we saw in the first debate.”
